Building a custom home when you live in another state, can be challenging at best. Having Big Kitty Concierge meant we were able to have someone at our project on a daily/weekly basis. She didn’t disappoint…real time photos, written updates, along with the ability to meet with the trades and attend builder meetings, was invaluable. Once our move in occurred, she has continued to provide us with peace of mind when we are away on vacation or at our second home. Maintaining our vehicles, checking interiors/exteriors for possible issues, meeting and acting on our behalf with contractors that continue to do work, has been an extension of us when we are not in residence. We are most grateful for her experience in the construction industry and her professional, personal attention along with the care that she has shown to us and our Clear Creek home. In one word, she is priceless.
