HOW DO YOUR RATES WORK?
Given that every lifestyle is distinct, our pricing follows suit. After an initial meeting to understand your requirements, we'll identify the most fitting package for you. Our billing is based on an hourly rate for our time, while the package entails a fixed monthly fee. This fee is determined by a predefined number of committed hours tailored to your needs.
DO YOU OFFER A LA CARTE HOURLY SERVICES?

WHAT DO PACKAGES TYPICALLY LOOK LIKE?
In our experience, we’ve found that reoccurring monthly rates for a base number of hours ensures your home receives the attention it deserves. Packages start at a minimum commitment of 10 hours per month and go up from there.

DO YOU MANAGE VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES?
We will prepare and transition your home into a vacation rental, continue to maintain & oversee the property as well as provide luxury concierge services for your guests during their stay. We do not manage rental listings, finances or guest communication at this time.
